Our No Worries Return Policy is simple and easy - if you're unhappy with something you've bought from us, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase. For details, read the policy below.

  • As is standard policy for footwear, boots that show wear or that have been worn outside are ineligible to return. Upon receiving your boots, please try them on at your earliest convenience, following these simple guidelines:

    • Try the boots on with the type of socks or stockings you intend to wear with them.
    • Try out your boots on carpet or other smooth surface to avoid scuffing the soles. We do not accept boot returns that show any wear.
    • Wear and walk in your boots for a moment to ensure they fit comfortably.

  • If you find that they do not fit correctly or you are otherwise unhappy with them, please call us immediately at (800) 839-4953 or e-mail us at info@shoplechameau.com to arrange a return or exchange.

  • If your item came to your doorstep damaged, or if there is a problem with the order, please call us immediately at (800) 839-4953 or e-mail us at info@shoplechameau.com and we'll remedy the situation.
  • We accept returns for 30 days from the date of the purchase. However, we will not accept returns that don't have our return label on the package. A returns label is included with every order and is not a shipping label - you are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item received was the wrong product, defective, or damaged. Original shipping charges or express shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If you'd like to return something, it must be unused, in the condition you received it in. Again, boots that show wear or that have been worn outside cannot be returned. If you are returning a non-footwear item that is not in new condition, you will be charged a restocking and/or re-boxing fee based on its condition. If you refuse the delivery of a package without prior consent, you'll be charged for return shipping.
  • A 10% re-stocking fee will apply for missing warranty card (where applicable), product instructions or literature, or original box with packing.
  • All Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used (original credit card, PayPal, etc...) or as a gift certificate.

With our Pre-Paid Return Shipping Insurance, you can buy with confidence, safe in the knowledge that if you don't like your purchase, for any reason, you'll be able to return it to us easily, and pay only a fraction of the actual cost of shipping it back to our warehouse.

As an experienced online retailer, we know that our customers are seldom 100% certain about their purchases . . . an item that seemed perfect on your computer might not be the right color, the right size, or fit your lifestyle in the way you thought it would. We have a fantastic standard return policy*, but the cost of shipping an item back to us can get pricey, especially with larger, heavier items.

Keep in mind:

  • Product must be in the same condition as received, and in the original box.
  • Our standard 30 day "No Worries" Return Policy applies
  • Instructions on how to proceed with a return will be included with your order.

* Note: there are no return shipping charges for items that arrive broken or defective.
